1 1/2 pounds ground beef (80/20)
1/4 cup milk
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 medium onion
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste.
Gravy: Butter and flour, and cream

Directions:
Directions:
Soak Panko in milk and add remaining ingredients (minus gravy mix).
Shape into 2 inch balls. Dust with flour.
Fry in butter/olive oil mix over low heat until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
Blend 2 tbsp. flour, salt, and pepper, scrapping juices and meat from the bottom of the pan.
Stir in 1 cup half & half and 1 cup beef bouillon.
Cook until thick.
Add meat balls and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
