4 boneless pork chops cut in cubes
4 c. mixed veggies
4 gloves garlic finely chopped
1smallonion diced
Salt & pepper to taste
1c milk
1 tbsp. flour
1tbsp oil
Noodles your choice serving for 4
1tbsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Prepare noodles per directions
2) On medium heat in 8qt sauce pan add oil, when heated add onions and Garlic. sauté stirring constantly, to ensure onions & garlic do not burn.
3) Add Pork and cook 15 min browning all meat.
4) Add veggies cover and simmer 30 minutes.
5) Add noodles stir until well mixed.
6) In small bowl add milk, flour, salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper mix until mixture is smooth.
7) Gentle add to pot.
8) Bring to boil stirring constantly.
9) Reduce heat simmer 1 hour stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and serve

Can exchange pork for beef or Shrimp
Or use all three and make a combo just remember
use only 2 cups if combined.
Use more cayenne pepper if you like more kick.
