6 cutlets (veal, pork, or chicken)
2 eggs (mix with 2 tbsp. milk)
Flour, salt and pepper to taste
Italian bread crumbs
Cooking oil
Lemon slices

Directions:
Directions:
Pound cutlets with mallet to a 1/4" thickness.
Dredge in flour.
Dip in egg mixture; then in bread crumbs seasoned with salt and pepper.
Fry in oil, 1/4" deep at medium heat about 5 minutes on each side or until done.
Garnish with lemon slices (tastes wonderful over the Schnitzel).
