4 oz shallots
2 medium onions (¾ pound onion)
½ oz turmeric (5 teaspoons)
½ oz dry mustard (5 teaspoons)
½ oz salt
20 Scotch Bonnet peppers
¼ pound horseradish grated
6 cloves garlic
white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mince the first 8 ingredients together. Wear plastic gloves to handle the peppers as they are very hot. Add vinegar until the desired consistency is obtained, then bottle, and leave for 3 to 4 days before using.

Recipe can be cut in half. Linda prefers to take her favorite short cut. Buy a ticket to Barbados and get on a plane. Once you get there buy a bottle or two in the grocery store as it is inexpensive.
