2 cups flour
1/2 cup milk or water
1/2 tsp. salt
3-4 eggs (beaten)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water in a large pot (approximately 6 inches of water) to boiling.
Mix all ingredients until smooth (can be done in a food processor for ease).
Reduce heat to medium.
Using a teaspoon, dip the teaspoon in water first and then into batter. Drop batter into boiling water.
Stir water so dumplings do not stick together.
Boil 5-10 minutes. Drain
(If batter is too thin, add a tbsp. or more of flour. If too thick, add a bit more milk).
