2 1/2 - 3 lbs. chicken (breasts, thighs, legs)
1/3 cup flour, with salt and pepper (to your taste)
1/4 cup butter
1 medium onion, sliced or diced
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp. Hungarian Sweet Paprika
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken with flour mixture. Brown chicken in butter and remove from skillet.
Saute onion in same skillet; add chicken broth and paprika.
Add chicken, cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until chicken is done.
Remove chicken. Stir in sour cream.
Cook over very low heat until sauce is thickened.
Add chicken.
Serve over dumplings (Spaetzle) or egg noodles.
