1 Cup Shortening
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
2 3/4 Cups Flour
2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream Shortening and sugar. Add eggs, beat. Sift together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Stir into first mixture. Roll dough into balls the size of walnuts. Roll these in cinnamon-sugar mixture (2 Tbsp. sugar 2 tps. cinnamon) Place inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min at 400 degrees.
