Bill's Meat Sauce Recipe

4 oz. margarine
4 lbs. hamburger
1 onion, diced
1 - #10 can crushed tomatoes
1/2 - #10 can tomato paste
3 cups Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 bay leaf, crushed
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. garlic powder
4 tbsp. beef base
3 quarts water

Cook hamburger, margarine and onion together until done. Combine all other ingredients together in a large pot. Add the cooked beef to the pot. Cook on low heat for 1 hour.
