1 can 20 oz. can pineapple chunks or crushed
8 oz. shredded coconut
1 Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 lb. butter
Whipped Cream for topping if desired.
Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 pan lightly with butter. Dump entire can of pineapple, including juice and spread evenly. Spread coconut evenly over pineapple, then spread dry cake mix over coconut. Smooth with a spatula. Cover the surface with pats of butter. Do not mix anything. Bake @ 350º for 45 - 50 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Let cool, cut into squares and serve with whipped cream if desired.
