4 cans salmon
2 1/2 lbs. of mashed potatoes
12 oz. cracker meal
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. black pepper
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon and remove any bones or skin. Add all ingredients together and form into 3 ounce patties. Pay fry.
