1 pound beef stew meat
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 stalks celery, cut into chunks
4 carrots, cut into chunks
2 onions, cut into chunks
1 can (10 oz) tomato soup
1 soup can water
3 - 6 potatoes, diced
1 bay leaf

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or all day on low. Before serving, remove bay leaf.
