3/4 cups corn flake crumbs
1 egg
1 cup nonfat milk or buttermilk
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8-10 bone in chicken thighs
3 tablespoons butter, melted

2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika

Place corn flakes in a shallow bowl and set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, beat egg and milk and mix slightly. Add flour, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth. Dip chicken in batter and roll in crumbs. Place in a shallow pan lined with foil or sprayed with Pam. Drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered and do not turn chicken at 350 degrees for 45 - 60 min. (if all thighs, more like 40 minutes – if using white and dark meat, more like 60 minutes)
Can brine the chicken first for four hours, 4 cups water, handful of sugar and salt. Makes very, moist chicken.
