3 1/2 Cups dry large elbow Mac 5 Cups Cheddar cheese
4 Tbsp butter or Margarine Dry Breadcrumbs small amount
4 Tbsp flour
1 Tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
3/4 tsp dry mustard
3 1/2 cups milk
8 dashes Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Macaroni in boiling water,
(per package direction)
drain & set aside.

Melt butter in large skillet,
add the flour a little at a time.

Cook over med low heat
for about 2 minutes stirring constantly.

Stir in the milk a little at a time.

Cook til it gets bubbly & smooth
& slightly thick.

Stir in salt pepper & mustard.


Remove from the heat & add tobacco
sauce & cheese. Stir til smooth.

Mix very well with Macaroni.

Transfer to a 9 x 13 lightly buttered
casserole dish.

Top with the breaded crumbs.

Bake @ 350 degrees 30 - 40 minutes
until bubbly
