Chocolate Wafer Crust (oreo crust is best)
1 7-ounce jar marshmallow creme
1/2 cup green creme' de menthe
1/4 cup white creme' de cacao
2 cups whipping cream
Whipped Cream (optional)
Chocolate Curls (optional)

Directions:
Chill chocolate wafer crust at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine the marshmallow creme, creme de menthe and creme de cacao. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed till smooth. In another bowl whip cream till soft peaks form Fold whipped cream into marshmallow creme mixture. Spoon filling into chilled crust. Freeze at least 5 hours or overnight (pie will not freeze firm). Garnish with additional whipped cream and chocolate curls, if desired.

This is Stephen and Nick's favorite! If you use ready-made oreo pie crust, this will make 2 pies. To make chocolate curls, use a dark chocolate candy bar and a potato peeler.
