Make dough and flatten. (Use roti recipe on page 24.)

Insert the mixture below:

4 to 6 medium potatoes, boiled
1 can of tuna
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic or more, if desired
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Chunk-kay and put aside for roti dough

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in covered saucepan for 25 minutes.
Add garlic, salt & black pepper.
In a separate fry pan, add cooking oil.
Mix the tuna and boiled potato on low heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
Cool.
Insert cooked mixture in flatten dough and close tightly.
When making a new dough. Be sure to let stand for another 5 minutes.
Roll and flatten for cooking.
And then cook it in a fry pan similar to how you'd cook a roti or pancake.
Make your Tuna Potato Roti and enjoy.
