Crust:
36 graham cracker squares
1/4 lb. margarine, melted

Filling:
1 (8 oz.) and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk, whipped
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Line pan with mixture.
Cream together cream cheese and sugar and set aside
Cool to whipping stage then whip lemon Jell-O and hot water and set aside.
Whip 1 can evaporated milk (tip: put milk in bowl and beaters in the freezer for a few minutes and the whipping is easier and has better results).
Add the cream cheese mixture and whipped Jell-O mixture and 2 tsp. vanilla to the whipped milk and mix well. Pour into the pan lined with the cracker mixture. Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours.
