1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1/2 cup pecans, chopped (optional)
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
GLAZE
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar lemon juice and eggs. Add into the egg mixture alternatly with milk; flour, baking powder and salt. Fold into the above mixture and pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 º for 60 to 70 minutes. Add glaze when bread is cooled.

You can poke holes in the top of the loaf with a meat fork before adding glaze to make loaf extra moist.
