2 tablespoons butter
1 medium sweet onion, chopped
1 large carrot, thinly sliced or slivered
2 tablespoons water
1 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4 " thick
1 medium yellow summer squash, sliced 1/4" thick
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry dill

Cook onion in butter until soft. Add remaining ingredients and cook about 5 minutes, stirring over medium heat. Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook 10 more minutes.
