1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. water or broth
2 tsp. cornstarch
4 stalks celery, shredded diagonally
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 c. mushroom
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. bean sprouts
2-1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 large green bell pepper
1/2 c. bamboo shoots (cut up cabbage cores or turnips work good)
1 small onion
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1-2 c. cut meat (pork, chicken, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour meat into hot frying pan with oil. Cook until tender, remove from pan. Pour oil into pan and cook all the vegetables with remaining ingredients until tender. Add meat and seasoning to taste.

Serve hot. Serve over fried noodles or rice.
