Directions:
Scald milk, combine yeast with 2 tbsp. sugar and 1/2 cup warm water. When milk is lukewarm, combine with yeast and 3 cups flour. Make sponge. Let it stand for 10-20 minutes. Add and beat well: margarine, 2/3 cup sugar, eggs and salt. Mix in enough flour for a soft dough (about 3 cups) so soft you can hardly handle it. Knead and let rise until double. Roll 1/4" thick. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle on cinnamon, brown sugar and raisins, roll up. Cut 1" thick. Place in a greased pan. Let rise until light. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Ice while warm. Makes 2-1/2 - 3 dozen rolls. Can double.
