1 head lettuce, chopped
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 small head cauliflower, sliced at an angle
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cucumber, sliced thin
1 (10oz.) pack frozen green peas
1 can water chestnuts, sliced, drained
5-6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

Topping:
1 c. mayonnaise
1-1/2 tbsp. sugar
1-1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put ingredients in bowl in order listed (except topping). Top with mayonnaise, sugar, then Parmesan cheese. Seal tightly and refrigerate 24 hours, toss before serving. Can substitute Parmesan for mild cheese.
