3 eggs
4 egg yolks
7 T sugar
7 T rich cream
1 t salt
1 1/2 t brandy
4 c flour (approx)

2T cardamom seeds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well. Add remaining ingredients. Roll very thin, cut into diamond shapes.

Drop into deep fat (375º) Fry 3 minutes or til lightly browned. Allow fat to drip off, place on paper towel. Sugar lightly.
