4 (5oz) lean loin lamb chops
1 T. + 1t. jalapeno jelly
1 clove of garlic finely minced
1/8 t. salt
1/8 t.pepper
2 T. finely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Spray the grill with nonstick spray.
Place the chops on the grill over medium heat. grill about 4 1/2 minutes on each side
Meanwhile combine the jelly, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Transfer the chops to warm plates; with a brush, coat the chops all over with the jelly mixture. Sprinkle the walnuts evenly over the chops to form a nut crust before serving.
