1 T. + 1 t. olive oil
1/2 t. Tony's
1/2 t. garlic powder
4 baking potatoes, scrubbed and quartered lengthwise

Directions:
Directions:
Spray the grill rack with nonstick spray; prepare grill for a medium fire.
Combine the oil, Tony's and garlic powder in a medium bowl, add the potatoes and toss to coat.
Place the potato wedges along the edges of the grill rack. Grill, turning every 7 minutes, moving the wedges closer to the center of the grill rack with each turn, until potatoes are tender and lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Serve at once.
