1 1/2 lbs round steak, about 3/4 inch thick
2-4 t. flour
1/2-1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
1 carrot, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into serving size pieces.
Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge meat in flour mixture
Place onions in bottom of slow cooker. Add meat. Top with carrots and celery and cover with tomatoes.
Cover . Cook on Low 8-10 hours or High 3-5 hours.
Serve over noodles or rice.6 servings
