1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cream cheese
*1 cup grated Parmesan (or Cheddar, if preferred!)
If you really like cheesy dips, add an additional 1/2 cup of another type of cheese)
1-2 medium yellow onions (Vidalias are the best!)

Directions:

Mix all together and put in glass baking dish.

Bake at 325º for 30 minutes.

Serve with crackers or chips.
