3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup sugar (white)
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla

4 eggs put in a metal mixing bowl set over pan of hot water, add 3/4 tsp baking powder, beat until lemon color and thick. Add a little at a time, the 3/4 cup of sugar. Beat until thick. Fold in the 3/4 cup of flour, 1 tsp vanilla. Put wax paper in pan, grease the paper. Bake for 8 mins. turn out on wet, clean dish towel. Spread with filling and roll up.
