Whole chicken - roasted & chopped
1 sweet onion
4-6 carrots
4 celery stalks
2 cloves garlic - minced
2 bay leaves
Total of 4 teaspoons of your choice of:
dry basil, tarragon, parsley, Italian herb mix
Salt & pepper to taste
3-4 chicken bullion cubes (or teaspoons of granules)

Directions:
Directions:
Add enough water or chicken broth to make 8-10 cups of liquid. Add all ingredients together and cook through. You may also add precooked barley or rice before serving.
