Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 heads Romaine (I sometimes add some spinach or chopped slaw for texture)
1 can white or shoepeg corn, drained
1 bunch chopped green onions
1 large tomato, diced
2 grilled and chopped chicken breast
1 brick of Ramen noodles, broken up (put this on the very last, they
get soft quickly)

Dressing:
1/4 cup salad / canola oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar (add more to taste)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 - 3/4 tsp white pepper
1 Tbsp. white sugar
1 tsp. grated ginger root (I grate at least a heaping tablespoon, use 1 tsp.
plus the juice of the rest)
Shake together and let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
