Any 9x13 brownie mix- I like Betty Crocker dark fudge or Pillsbury
Bake as directed. Cool

Frosting:
I cube butter
1 box powdered sugar
2 egg whites or 1 whole egg
1/4 tsp salt
1T milk
1 tsp peppermint extract
2-3 drops green food coloring (or red/pink)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat frosting till fluffy- spread on cooled brownies
Refrigerate till set.
Melt 4 oz baking chocolate and 4 T butter in microwave (don't overcook)
Pour over cooled brownies
Refrigerate
