2 pieces of bread cut in ¼ inch cubes
Milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 slices of medium onion, chopped
2 lbs 90% ground beef or buffalo
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cube the bread and pour enough milk to just cover and soak the bread. Add onion and eggs and mix. Add beef and seasonings and mix gently, preferably by hand. Form into loaf shape in a 9 X 13 baking dish allowing heat to reach all sides. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Depending on taste, you may glaze with ¼ cup ketchup and ¼ balsamic vinegar mixed. It adds a little zing.
