Ingredients:  
1 bunch fresh broccoli
2 Tb. butter
2 Tb. onion chopped
¼ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. dried mustard
½ c. grated parmesan
½ tsp. salt (I skip the salt)
¼ tsp. marjoram
3 Tb. flour
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 ¾ c. milk (I use whole milk. You can add a little more if sauce seems too thick)
2 Tb. Parmesan
1 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a baking dish.
Arrange cooked broccoli (cook the broccoli as though for dinner)
Melt butter and sauté onion in it.
Remove from heat and blend in seasonings and flour with whisk
Return to heat and add bouillon and milk
Cook until thick and bubbly
Add 1st cheese until it melts
Pour sauce over broccoli and sprinkle with parmesan

Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serves 4-6
