1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp. poultry seasoning or dried sage
1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 cups dried bread crumbs
3/4 to 1 cup chicken broth or water

Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan or skillet, cook celery and onion in margarine till tender, but not brown; remove from heat. Stir in all seasonings, salt and pepper. Place dry bread crumbs in a bowl. Add onion mixture. Drizzle with enough broth or water to moisten, tossing lightly. Use to stuff one 8-10 pound turkey.
