3 Lb. hamburger
2 Tbsp. steak seasoning
1 c. ketchup
1 1/2 c ground Ritz crackers
3 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 eggs
bacon slices
large onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first six ingredients together until thoroughly mixed.
Cover bottom of grill pan with thinly sliced onions
Place meat loaf on top of onion, pressing it evenly over the basket.
Lay slices of bacon on top of the meatloaf.
Secure cover on basket and grill for 15-20 minutes on each side or until done to taste.
It might take 45-60 minutes depending on how thick the meatloaf is.
