1 pound red beans - soaked overnight and drained
1/2 pound Conecuh sausage sliced
2 bay leaves
1 large onion- chopped
1 stalk celery sliced
2 cloves of garlic mince
2 tsp house seasoning
1 knorr beef bouillon cube
2 tsp tomato paste
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a large crock pot
add enough water to cover beans. add more if needed
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
Cook rice separate
my recipe - 2 1/2 cups water to 1 cup rice, plus salt
bring water to boil add rice. do not stir, cover
cook about 15 minutes on low heat.
remove from heat and let sit another 15 minutes,
perfect every time.
