Pie Shell
peaches
1 cup mashed peaches
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring



Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan combine mashed peaches, sugar, cornstarch and water. Cook 5-7 minutes until thickened and clear. Remove from heat and add butter and almond flavoring. Stir and let cool.

In pie shell, slice enough peaches to fill and pour filling over top. Chill and enjoy. Crust goes soggy quickly so don't make to far in advance of serving.
