3 Bell Peppers (varied in color),chopped
2 15 oz. cans petite diced tomatoes drained
2 15 oz. can corn drained
1 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 bunch cilantro chopped
1 can fire roasted green chilies
2 bunches green onions (optional)
olives (optional)
1/2 bottle Catalina dressing
