2-3 pkgs southern style hash browns
2-3 cans cream of chicken soup
1-3 Tbsp Ranch Hidden Valley Ranch dressing Mix (depending on how strong you like it, I go for less)
1-1 1/2 cups sour cream,
~ 2 cups shredded cheese
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper

Note: Depending on how big of a crowd I make this for, I just add potatoes, cream of chicken, sour cream and cheese as needed. No exact measurements.

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Spread into a greased casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350º until cooked through, ~ 1 hr.
