2 c sugar (I use less-usually leave off a 1/3-1/2 c)
3/4 c white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp celery seed
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 c mayonaise
1/4 c prepared mustard (we like Dijon)
1 1/2 c vegetable oil

Mix in blender. Makes 1 qt.

*Since this makes so much, feel free to half the recipe. I have done that with great results!

Serve on top:
Mixed greens
sugared pecans or almonds
red onion
White Jack or Feta Cheese
Strawberries (also good: blackberries,pears, pomegranates, mangos, blueberries, peaches,or necterines)
