1 cup Bran Buds
1 cup boiling water
Mix together and let cool.

1 1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup veg. oil + 2 Tbsp.
2 eggs


2 cups Buttermilk
2 cups All Bran
2 1/2 cup flour
2 1/2 tsp. soda
2 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs and beat well. Add buttermilk, All Bran and cooled Bran Buds. Mix well and add dry ingredients. Mix but don't over stir batter.

Grease mufffin tins or line with baking cups. Fill a little over half full. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 º. This mixture can be kept in the refrigerator sealed tightly for up to 6 wks.
