1 C Brown Sugar
1 C White Sugar
1 C Shortening
2 Beaten Eggs
2 C Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Soda
1 Tsp Baking Powder
2 C Dry Oatmeal
2 C Corn Flakes
1 C Coconut
1 C Nut Meats
1 Tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars, shortening and eggs. Sift flour, salt, soda and baking powder. Add to creamed ingredients. Add oatmeal corn flakes, coconut, nut meats, and vanilla. Roll into flat balls. Press down on greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 minutes at 425 degrees.
