2 whole eggs
6 egg whites
1/2 cup fat free milk
1/3 c chives
Cooking spray
8 slices Ham
I/2 c shredded cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl scramble eggs, egg whites, cheese and milk. Add chives and stir.

Spray muffin pans. Line each with one piece of ham. Divide egg mixture evenly among cups. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
