1 lb. ground beef
1 cup long grain rice
2 cups water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
salt & pepper to taste

1/2 cup pine nuts
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and drain. Add 1 cup uncooked rice & 1/2 cups water. Cook down adding more water as needed until rice is cooked.

In separate pan brown pine nuts in butter on low (they burn easily). Add to beef & rice. Place in 9x9 casserole. Cover with foil. Bake 350* F for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
