One 12.5 ounce can Campbell's Beef Consumé
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 1/2 pound Ground Beef or Buffalo
1/2 cup Soft Bread Crumbs
1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/8 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Egg
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Ketchup
1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Worcestershire

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1/3 cup of consumé, meat, bread crumbs, egg, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, salt, and pepper. Make six oval steaks using a 1/2 cup to measure. Brown steaks in a skillet, and pour off grease. Combine remaining consumé, water, flour, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, Worcestershire, ketchup, and dry mustard. Pour over steaks, and simmer for 10 - 20 minutes, stirring gravy occasionally. Serve with baked potatoes and tomato salad.
