1 c. almond flour
2 large eggs
1/4 c. water, milk, or cream
2 T. coconut oil or olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients well. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan and pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan per pancake. Fry until the pancakes are golden brown. Serve with fruit or desired topping.
