1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
Dash of white pepper
2 cups milk
6 hard boiled eggs
Toast or Chow Mein Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually whisk in the milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Use immediately.

Slice hard boiled eggs into white sauce. Serve over toast or chow mein noodles.
