1 pound Fettuccine Noodles (I make my own)
1 stick Butter
1 cup Heavy Cream
Salt and Pepper, to taste
2 cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta as directed. In a large saucepan or skillet, warm butter and cream. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. When butter has melted (don't boil it!), then add half the cheese, and stir until it melts. Add the remaining cheese and stir. Drain the cooked pasta and pour into the sauce -- be sure and keep a ladle of the pasta water in case the sauce is too thick. Toss to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add some of the reserved pasta water to thin it. Pour into a serving bowl, and sprinkle with additional Parmesan and plenty of black pepper and serve.
