1 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4" slices
1 medium yellow summer squash, cut into 1/4" slices
2 T. olive oil
2 T. oregano
1/4 c. finely shredded Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
In microwave safe baking dish combine squashes, oregano and oil. cover and cook at 100% power for 4 to 6 minutes or until squash is tender. Stir once after 2 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and toss.
