4 ears sweet corn in husks
2 T. butter
1/2 t. chili powder
1/4 t. ground cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Pull back husks from each ear of corn leaving the husks attached at the base. Remove the silks and then fold back the husks and tie with a string. Soak for 3 to 4 hours in cold water. Grill over coals 20 minutes or until tender, turning often. Melt butter and stir in chili powder and cumin. Cook and stir for 1 minute over medium heat. Brush on the cooked corn.
