Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can creamed corn
1 whole egg
About 1 c. of saltine cracker crumbs or cracker meal
salt and pepper
chunk of butter
about 1 c. of milk

Directions:
Directions:
"Mix all of this together and bake. If you want to double this, you still only use 1 egg. I never measure the crumbs or the milk. You can use as much as you like. Put enough milk in so it isn't thick. It thickens when it bakes. It takes about a half an hour with a 375 temperature. You can tell when it's done. I've always just made this without a recipe. Butter your casserole, and it won't be hard to wash." Irene Crane
